Valentine’s Dinner at the Inanda Club

We are pleased to confirm that we have booked a table at this year’s Valentines Dinner to be held at the Inanda Club. Spoil your loved one with a romantic 5-course dinner in a beautiful and elegant setting. The invitation extends to all members – no need to bring a partner.

Space is limited at this popular event, so reservations will be prioritised for members and their partners. If you do wish to bring additional guests, let Pat or Kevin know and if we do have spaces available we will try and accommodate the request nearer to the date.


Valentine’s Day Menu

First course
Freshly shucked oysters with grenadine onions and tequila and chilli granite
Baked figs stuffed with gorgonzola served with prosciutto crisps and balsamic reduction

Second course
Beetroot cured salmon tartar with avo and chilli mousse and baked pita shards
Katiafi wrapped halloumi with lemon aioli, olive soil and crispy capers

Third course
Creamy parmesan risotto with wild mushrooms and truffle pearls
Champagne poached pork roulade with sweet potato fondants, glazed baby carrots and fig jus

Fourth course
Lamb cutlets with smoked marrow bones, pickled wild mushrooms, minted pea puree and jus
Deconstructed beef wellington with herbed mash and mustard cream

Fifth course
Fondue to share: chocolate and caramel fondue with marshmallows, strawberries, mini meringue, shortbread and nougat
